Anette Skou from the FOREIGNERS DEPARTMENT - MIJAS TOWN HALL
The Foreigners Department was established in March 1985. The department was founded as an interpreter service due to the increase of Foreigners buying properties and moving to Mijas. A Pioneer service, the first of it s kind to be opened in Spain. English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German and Spanish are spoken.

If you have got any specific query regarding procedures at the Mijas Town Hall, we can give you information and advice related to procedures at any public administration and other offices in general such as: Police, Traffic Headquarters, Social Security, Inland Revenue etc.
